If you are traveling with CHILDREN:

Due to limitations of the booking platform, it is not possible to differentiate the child rate when making the online reservation.

• If you are traveling with children over 4 years old, they must initially be registered as adults in the booking.

• At check-in, the hotel will adjust the rate according to the child's age.

• Children under 4 years old should NOT be included in the reservation, as they do not incur any accommodation costs. However, they must be registered at the hotel upon check-in, presenting their identification document and complying with all current regulations.

General Information:

• To confirm the reservation, a payment of 50% of the total value is required through our online payment methods.

• The remaining 50% must be paid upon check-in at the hotel.

• Check-in: 3:00 pm / Check-out: 1:00 pm

• Pets are welcome. An additional fee of $50.000COP per pet, per night, will be added to the reservation.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted. If you wish to bring alcoholic beverages, you will be required to pay the corkage fee set by the hotel.
